Folks, as you prepare to celebrate the day that our founding fathers declared independence and the United States of America was formed, please take a moment to remember all of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for you, your Families, and friends to be able to celebrate, laugh, express your thoughts, and live without fear or persecution.
On this very morning there are well over 100 thousand of our sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers who are serving in lands where people who wish to destroy our lives continue to train. These Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines all VOLUNTEERED to do so. They do this FOR YOU AND I. They do this to ensure that the fight does not come to your hometown, that you and your Families as well as mine can sleep well tonight. They do this so that we can eat our Hot-dogs, drink our beverages, and fire off those bottle rockets.
God bless those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice, those who serve this day as well as the Families. They deserve nothing less than our utmost respect and gratitude.
Thank you for all that you do for the United States of America!
Regards

Happy Independence Day!
Great post, remember and have a Happy Independence Day.
Amen. may God continue to Bless all our soldiers, their families and the United States of America.
We should remember those that serve, past, present and future. Happy Independence Day!
Great post, so well said!
One of our famous generals once said to the graduates at Annapolis - if you fail, a million ghosts wearing green, blue, white and grey will come to haunt you. Our soldiers bear the pride and the responsibility of our nation. Many of our citizens are ungrateful but most appreciate. Say a prayer for them and thier families and be grateful that we can pray.
Great Post Tim and Pam - Gerald
Thanks to all who serve, and to all who miss those they wait for.
The debt that can never be repaid fully.
Thank you...Tim and Pam....Your post is a great reminder of our freedoms that we take for granted!

G-D bless al of our heros that are protecting, and have protected our way of life. Because of these brave soldiers we are able to live in the best country in the history of Earth. Whenever I see a soldier, active or retired I always thank them for their service.

It is easy to take liberty for granted, when you have never had it taken from you.

My gratitude to our military men, women, and families - past and present.
We owe them for our freedom to pursue our happiness as we see fit - even for our right to post our thanks to them on this blog!
Thanks all for the comments. It is good to know that so many remember our Fallen, our Troops and the Families who sacrifice so much. God Bless and have a great day.
Hi Tim and Pam,
All we gotta do is, look around the world at all these different countries and their struggles to really appreciate what we have here in the good ole U.S. of A.
As someone said it's hard to repay the dept. We just show our respect and appreciation.
