Tim, I've always been amazed at how affordable your home pricing is in TN. Replace the 1 with a 4 and that's about what you would pay, for a similar home in Orange County, CA. Of course, the lot size would be about 5,000sf instead of your 29,620sf. Good luck with this listing.
